  • Performance improvement program for the Contact Center of a large energy-production company
    (~1.500 resources involved): +35% productivity achieved (~8 months)
  • Lean operation program for the broker unit and the administrative divisions of an important insurance company
    (~350 resources involved): ~30% cost reduction achieved (~7 months)
  • Introduction of a new partnership and distribution channel for an important Italian bank (~3 months)
